parkrun The Longest Day
parkrun 'The Longest Day' is about completing up to 10 different parkrun 5k courses during one day.
5k to 50k, or anything in between on the longest day of the year.
The date is Saturday 21st June 2025.
The start time is 4.a.m at Pwllheli.
Penrhyn is the only 5k that will be an officially timed parkrun as that is where we will be at 9.a.m.
You will need to record your own times at the other 9 courses to show that to show you have completed the challenge.
By completing all 10 different parkruns you will have covered 50k and become a parkrun ultra runner.
This map shows the route that we will be taking, but with 14 parkruns now in North Wales, there are loads of options to create your own route.
