4 People completed the North Wales, 10 Parkruns Challenge of the Longest Day in 2025, on one of the hottest days of the year, thanks for all the support and the people that ran with us at different parkruns.

parkrun The Longest Day
parkrun 'The Longest Day' is about completing up to 10 different parkrun 5k courses during one day.
5k to 50k, or anything in between on the longest day of the year.
The date is Saturday 21st June 2025.
This is a suggested personal challenge for anybody that wants to take on a ultra multi run challenge.
I have chosen Penrhyn in my version for the 5k that will be an officially timed parkrun at 9.a.m.
You will need to record your own times at the 10 courses to show that you have completed the challenge.
By completing all 10 different parkruns you will have covered 51k and become a parkrun ultra runner.

parkrun 'The Shortest Day' is about completing up to 5 different parkrun 5k courses during one day.
5k to 25k, or anything in between on the shortest day of the year.
The date is Saturday 21st December 2025.
This is a suggested personal challenge for anybody that wants to take on a multi run challenge.
You can choose any parkrun at 9.a.m. to be your timed run and run the other courses before or after untimed.
You will need to record your own times at the 5 courses to show that you have completed the challenge.
By completing all 5 different parkruns you will have covered 25k and be listed as a finisher on the website.
